Conference & Convention
The Schuppen 52 provides space for conferences and conventions for up to 3000 people. The arrangement of several premises for workshops, reception- or catering space is possible as well. The sky is the limit: no restricting imposts, modern infrastructure and security equipment incl. IT-interconnection etc. If you would like it a littler bit smaller, consider our old mansion “Am Jachthafen” that offers ideal and exclusive convention possibilities for up to 199 people.

Sales presentation
Your sophisticated sales presentation and roadshows will have enough room in our Schuppen 52 on around 6.000 sqm, flexible and adequately divisible with contemporary infrastructure. The Schuppen 52 has ground-level access for trucks of any size, provides substantial parking lots and is only a few minutes away from downtown or the freeway. There is a high ground maximum load of three tons per sqm, plenty of consumption points and accessibly designed bathrooms.
Would you rather like to hold your sales presentation in our old mansion “Am Jachthafen”? The large, bright premises can be flexibly equipped on over 500 sqm. The “Kaiser-Wilhelm-Salon” represents the central room with 290 sqm and a ceiling height of 16.5 feet. It can be completely darkened through electronic outside blinds. The “Seglerstube” as well as the “Kaminbar” are located contiguous to the “Kaiser-Wilhelm-Salon” and offer – depending on seating – room for up to 199 people. The Jachthafen provides a unique setting for presentations of all kinds.

Since the omission of the free harbor zone in 2013, the Schuppen 52 became the venue of many well-known exhibitions. From consumer fairs to specialized fairs, many event planners have successfully used the Schuppen 52 for their event. Close to the “Hafencity” and equipped with modern infrastructure, it not only provides the right setting but also a full service caterer to ensure a perfect exhibition time for both exhibitors and visitors.

Working peaceably in an interesting architecture is one of the main reasons for productions to book our location.
The spacious premises at Schuppen 52 and “Am Jachthafen” provide enough room for working. Two kitchens and side rooms are available for catering spaces. The garden overlooking the river Elbe offers a maritime atmosphere for external shoots.
